FAMILY BUSINESS
In 1985 Alex and Kathy Tsoukalas started Best Neighbours. 35 years later, Alex said it’s time to let his son put his own stamp on the family restaurant. We have some new items, a new look, we are open later and have a new name Johnny’s On Oak!
The same family is looking to be here another 35 years – or more! We hope you come join us and enjoy our newly renovated restaurant. Come for a night out or take away and if you are staying home, we deliver hot and delicious meals for your family to enjoy.
Dine in, take away and delivery are offered to make your experience perfect and we have a large delivery zone throughout Vancouver. Alternatively, you can order directly through us or use one of your favourite services as we are partnered with Door Dash, Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats!
HAPPY HOUR & LATE NIGHT
At Johnnys on Oak you can come in early and enjoy a drink during our afternoon Happy Hour 3-6 pm and enjoy a drink and snacks from our Happy Hour menu and for the late-night crowd or industry staff, we have our Happy Hour menu from 9-close. The service here is great, the Greek salad and chicken was incredible. They didn’t over do the red onion and there was no leafy greens and the beer was delicious! It exceeded my expectations by far!

Went there for a special event and it was great. The "old-school" pizza that reminded me of the 90s (thicker crunchy crust, not quite deep dish) was great. Service was good and drink selection was decent.
